Introduction

There is no doubt that today we all live in age of uncertainty. Regardless of the nature of our work, regardless if we are employed or not, regardless in what part of the world we leave, the only constant thing is change. Globalisation, rapid technology, social, cultural and business changes, like it or not, has enormous impact on all of us and our environment causing number of challenges, issues and opportunities in today’s world economy, political systems and world wide organisations.

In the first part of the Action Plan I will address some current issues and challenges in today’s organizations and select, based on my opinion and my research, five most important knowledge, skills and attributes (KSAs) 21st century manager/leader should possess in order to successfully deal with these issues.

In the second part of the Action Plan I will point out three the most important changes how I perform my managerial role and what I should start/stop doing or spend more/less time on.
