The club seems to be going in a good direction with updating their current information technology in order to help the business become more competitive. The information technology seems to have a lot to offer that will help the process of the business more profitable. The information technology has helped the club become more efficient with their business partners, tiers, suppliers, and their connection with consumers, business transactions and communication. Club IT has links to several different resources. Musicians and digital music products are critical in providing good service helping keep the business running. Customers come to the club to dance, eat, and drink. They come so they can meet new people and socialize with old and new friends. Selling products like T-shirts and memorabilia’s only add revenue to the club’s business. The club’s resources involve suppliers that want physical goods delivery as well as digital. Products that are within the digital supply chain are digital music products. Products within the physical goods supply chain are foods and drinks. I have noticed several different problems within Club IT. Since the club is not equipped with the internet, their current and potential customers are up to speed and have advanced using technologies like mobile technologies for things like online shopping. The club has to consider its customers’ needs and preferences. The club also needs to think about updating their system with a software application that will help then with their supply chain management, customer relation management and their enterprise resource planning. The ERP will help the club combine most of the club’s business process in planning, management up to the utilization of its available resources (Axia College, 2009)....
