After completing the questionnaire work with your team members to submit your recommendations for how training can be designed to maximize learning for individuals with each of these different preferences. For example, what type of learning experiences would best serve a visual learner? An aural leaner? Someone who learns best by reading and writing? Someone who learns best by doing, that is by physical activity? What are the implications of your recommendations for effective training program design?

Training can be designed to help and maximize learning for each different individual learning Styles. From the VARK model which represent the four main learning styles. It represents the four styles; Auditory, Visual, Read-Write and Kinesthetic. Based on the theory of learning styles, Neil Fleming believed that each individual had a different style of learning. He believed that simply noticing and determining which style of learning a person has on who we are teaching or training, we can help design and use methods, so that it can appeal to each individual.

The important thing is to realize that there is a method in having a successful training program. But it all begins with the facilitator, trainers “should design the program to adapt to the various learning styles of the group”. In which the facilitator must have a design that will “incorporate different types of exercises to engage” the person in the training. It is important that you familiarize yourself with your audience, by beginning the training with an ice breaker such as simply having everyone introduce themselves or having trainees do a simple introduction. As a trainer, that type of exercises, can help the trainer to determine if the trainees are auditory learners or visual learners, read-write or kinesthetic. A trainer should incorporate all methods so that it can appeal to all individuals.
