Throughout most of the history almost all locations the reace which has been the majority is the “whiterace” which comprises both Hispanic americans which has the hightest proportion of the popluation in the middle western side of the country which is 85% and the non- hispanic which makes up 79 percent of our popluation. “White” people usually refers to individuals who are light colored and or light pigmentation of the skin, however definin a very straighforward denoation of ethnicity and reace.
