The study in this chapter Human Resource Performance Appraisal is very essential to all organizations, companies, business firms. It is important so that we will know the process on how to evaluate, then also the methods that are being used during the conduct of the Performance Appraisal Program. These are the things to be considered in studying about this topic. We believe someday all of this would be applicable to us when we enter the business world. Learning particularly regarding this is a big contribution to your future company. Conducting a study on Human Resource Performance Appraisal requires a critical thinking and analysis in order to master and learn every detail of it.
C. Scope and Limitation
Human Resource Performance Appraisal covers on the reasons for employee appraisal, the latest appraisal philosophy, and also what about appraisal interview. This chapter focused on how is performance appraisal program is established together with the steps to be followed in establishing it. Moreover, during the conduct of this program we cannot avoid to encounter problems. Therefore, it includes the common problems that are likely to be met in having the performance appraisal program. This study also limit to the different appraisal plans used by companies and regarding performance planning with the steps being involved. It also reached to the Performance Appraisal Report.
