My collaboration and contribution

Usually, I connect team members mainly via cell phone and emails. I participated in the discussion actively and proposed some ideas, especially about the aspects of finance as my major is accounting. I think my participation was effective, important and useful. To a company, suggestions about finance are very important. I can propose professional constructions about our company’s finance. I expect that I can not only do the financial suggestions, but also do some overall decisions. For example, to the aspects of human resources, maybe I am not good at this aspect, I also hope to learn more about it and propose my own suggestion. To the peer-evaluation, I think maybe I am not the best one, but I have tried my best.

Team collaboration and interactions

I think team collaboration and interactions are important to complete this course. If we can have more meetings outside the class, it will be benefit to our operating. We respect each other’s views. If there are differences about a decision, we will discuss and communication in time to deal with the problems. Of course, if we can have more face-to-face team meeting, it will be better.

What I need to improve on to become an effective team member

My main strengths are I good at learning and work seriously. My main weakness is my language barrier. Sometimes, it will make me difficult to understand the meaning clearly. This could be solved easily by exchanging opinions in time.
