The “Real” Eve

The documentary “The Real Eve” presents a theory on the peopling of the world. It says that all humans descended from a single mother, the Genetic Eve, and originated from Africa, then spread out to the rest of the world. This means that all races, from Caucasians, Asians, Africans, and all the other tribes belong to a single line, a single race, and were only separated somewhere along the journey to uninhabited places of the globe. The differences in skin color, and other physiological attributes are accounted by the different adaptations that the peoples faced in their environment.

The theory is well presented using cinematic reenactments of the journey of Man. However, the archaeological evidences they have are not enough to support their hypotheses on the routes taken by the groups, and on the details on how the people lived and on how a certain man died.
