Work Perspective

Introduction:

Personal qualities contribute significantly to a person’s work perspective. Morals, values, work ethic, effective communication, and shared vision are all examples of personal qualities that are embodied by individuals with good work perspective. These values can identify those who are willing to give their best effort to their role and those who are not. All of these qualities can exhibit how a person views life. If these same qualities are displayed within their personal lives then they can be viewed as dependable, and therefore be willing to exhibit loyalty to the company in which they are employed. A work environment that is structured with individuals whom display a strong work ethic not only to their consumer base, but their peers, it is headed for success. In the criminal justice field, it is important that the staff remain consistent with these qualities because they are a reflection of what the justice system stands for. This paper will provide an analysis of how values, ethical concerns, shared visions of the future, and effective communication are illustrated within the exhibits.

Conclusion:

The criminal justice system requires that all its employees, regardless of experience, level of education, or role remain true to their morals and continuously improve their communication. These two qualities can increase the chances for longevity or they can accelerate the rate of failure. A strong moral foundation can be beneficial to the criminal justice system because they are in a position where their decision making skills are put to the test on a daily basis.
