Goals and Achievements

Individual Work

1. Goal and Achievement oriented- I am extremely goal oriented. The goals that I set are to better my family. I want to make sure that I can give my kids everything that they need. I am going to college to show my sons how important it is to better their lives and try to achieve whatever that they want.

2. Highly organized and institutionally minded- I make sure that I keep everything organized this way things are done completely and the right way. When I start a new day I make sure that I write a list of things that need to get done and once that I complete the task I check them off. I also make sure that everything has its own place this way it is easy to locate and put away, specially the kids stuff.

3. Feedom-loving and self-reliance- I love being free and able to make my own choices. I also love that we are able to better ourselves and we are not held back in any way shape or form from our government.

4. Work oriented and effeciant- I love my job I have been working with payroll for a number of years now and I couldn’t ask for a better job. It is easy for me to learn new things as well as take on more tasks. I like to think that the busier I am the more efficient that I am.

5. Friendly and informal- I am a very friendly person. I love to meet new people and help them out. I am a very outgoing and personable person.

6. Competitive and aggressive- I am overly competitive sometime this could be a problem with my husband because we are both always trying to out do ourselves.

7. Values and transitions- I have very strong family values, we are both very polish people there for we practice a lot of the traditions and I cook a lot of the food.

8. Generosity- I am very generous especially to people who have nothing. I am always willing to donate and am also teaching my son how to be give to people and that it is very important to understand other peoples situations.
