Connections and Priorities of Leadership in Industrial Management

Abstract

Leadership and Management are key components of the core which defines an organization’s success. The connections that the leader has with his followers, the top managers, and other employees in the firm combined with the priorities of the leader’s group and the organization itself effect how efficiently the organization can be managed towards its goals and achieving its vision. This paper sets out to find out which connections and priorities that the leaders in the firm have, and how they affect the functioning of the organization.

1. Introduction

This paper sets out to determine how leadership has an effect of management in industry with respect to connections and priorities. The research puts an effort into how leadership can help in better management within the industry.

In this paper, we set out to discuss what leadership is, the differences between leadership and management, the connections of leadership, and the priorities involved with leadership and the organization. Additionally, we discuss in brief about industrial management, and then how it is affected by connections and priorities of leadership.
