Worker training is a key factor for any company for achievement, mainly a company like McDonald’s, which challenges employees to work uniformly in markets around the world. Training involves a specialist in that division who works with workers to help them develop particular areas of knowledge or abilities to improve in their existing jobs, as well as executes of the organization's specific objectives. McDonald’s is a company that prides itself on quality, hygiene, and services. Because of constant and devoted training, visiting any McDonald’s has the same experience. In order for McDonald’s to accomplish these achievements, training and development starts at the first welcome meeting of new employees. McDonald’s looks for different ways of training, such as classroom training and on-the-job training. Workers should be trained in hygiene, values, operating equipment, processes, quality control, and customer care.

Checking as well as assessing worker development is also an important piece to the plan. By knowing what the organization requires its workers to do as well as by maintaining the turn-over rate down, it is obvious the influence it has had on the achievement of the organization.
