Problem Statement

In the modern era, we face a new kind of exclusion – the digital exclusion. Especially people who grew up in the past generations have a hard time to keep updated with all the modern technologies, the constantly evolving Internet and digital functions.

In this scenario, Dumb IT down comes with a solution. Our company provides computer and electronic devices help and instruction, with an exclusive and customized at-home service, according to each client’s needs. We serve private senior clients in Austria who are not familiar with new technologies, or who wish to get more connected and independent.
