30/60/90 Plan for Best Buy Mobile

Why Me

I have been a very engage associate, I've been actively involved in my development process. I always help in my department currently setting expectations and being viewed as a leader. I am currently active in viewpoint within my store, I also am a felicitator in B.E.N University 2011. I graduated from BEN in 2010, doing this has helped me a great deal in moving forward with Best Buy. I believe working in Best Buy Mobile will also help me grow into a path of Leadership.

30 Days

During my first 30 days, I will be focusing around the best buy mobile products and how the equipment will be interactive with different product to best suit the customer's needs. In addition to that, I would focus on having the proper knowledge of how to run Best Buy Mobile as a store with in a store. Moreover, building more of a relationship between Best Buy Mobile and PCHO Employees creating a true Extreme Team Culture.

60 Days

During my 60 Day period I plan to focusing on our Primary area of opportunities which is Notional Margin. Here are a few things that I will look at to get to our department to a 100% GOAL. Broadband Cards are a huge factor in making this goal happen, Buy Back will give us the ability to have customer return into our store, Black Tie with help us around customer loyalty and giving them piece of mind. As a day by day process these factors will help us meet our Goal and grow the Business. Also running the department with daily focus goals around pre-paid items, upgrade checks, best buy cards and return exchanges. I believe we can have more of an impact on Broadband Cards if Associates in Best Buy Mobile also knew PCHO (Cross Train). I will help train Employees to be designated in Computers to help make this process happen.
