It is the new start for us to be a member of SHUMBA, and we will have the first course – Organizational Behavior and Performance which is very interesting and useful for us, also it is the fundamental course for us.

Organizational behavior is the science which research human behavior and psychological law in the organization. It is a branch of behavioral science. With the development of society, especially the development of the economy, promote the development of enterprise organization. Right now, people pay more and more attention to organizational behavior. Organizational behavior also has many branches of its own, such as enterprise organizational behavior, school organizational behavior, hospital organizational behavior, army organizational behavior and so on. At present, the enterprise organizational behavior has been researched more and more and applied more and more wide, therefore, people often treat organizational behavior and enterprise organizational behavior as equally.
