Time goes by, one-month induction program have finished. With the arrival of the September the new term is also beginning. It is the new start for us to be a member of SHUMBA, and we will have the first course – Organizational Behavior and Performance which is very interesting and useful for us, also it is the fundamental course for us.

Organizational behavior is the science which research human behavior and psychological law in the organization. It is a branch of behavioral science. With the development of society, especially the development of the economy, promote the development of enterprise organization. Right now, people pay more and more attention to organizational behavior. Organizational behavior also has many branches of its own, such as enterprise organizational behavior, school organizational behavior, hospital organizational behavior, army organizational behavior and so on. At present, the enterprise organizational behavior has been researched more and more and applied more and more wide, therefore, people often treat organizational behavior and enterprise organizational behavior as equally. About the definition of the organization behavior, American scholar Stephen p. Robbins think, organizational behavior is a research field, it discusses the influence of the individual, the group and the structure to the organization internal behavior, and apply the knowledge to improve the availability of the organization.

With the rapid increasing of international competition, especially after china enter into the WTO, the modern companies in china have to face the more and more severe challenges. Under such circumstances, if the enterprises want to gain the long term competitiveness, they will not only be limited to the original capital, technology, and other aspects of the capital operation, but also treat the “human capital” as the core of the development of the enterprise, really reflect the idea of people oriented.
