Term | Definition |

Ethnic group | Is a group of people who share a common ethnicity? That is, its members identify with each other through a common heritage, consisting of a common culture, including a shared language or dialect. The group's ethos or ideology may also stress common ancestry, religion, or race. |

Anti-Semitism | is suspicion of, hatred toward, or discrimination against Jews for reasons connected to their Jewish heritage |

Islam phobia | Is prejudice against, hatred or irrational fear of Islam or Muslims? The term dates back to the late 1980s or early 1990s,but came into common usage after the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States |

Xenophobia | Is defined as "an unreasonable Fear or hatred of foreigners or strangers or of that which is foreign or strange. |

Persecution | Is the systematic mistreatment of an individual or group by another group? |

Religious group | A set of individuals whose identity as such is distinctive in terms of common religious creed, beliefs, doctrines, practices, or rituals. |
