Adapting to your audience

Is very important adapting your communication to the needs and expectations of your audiences, you’ll provide a more compelling answer to the “what’s in this for me?” Question and improve the chances of your message being successful. To successfully adapt your message to your audience, try to be sensitive to your audience’s needs, build a strong relationship with your audience, and control your style to maintain a professional tone. Be sensitive to audience needs, by using a “you” attitude, politeness, positive emphasis, and bias-free language. Build a strong relationship with your audience by establishing your credibility and projecting your image. Control your style with a conversational tone, plain English, and appropriate voice.
