Objectives - Reflection on yourself, management and the organization The purpose of the final paper is to promote your reflexive ability on managerial situations that you have experienced in relation to topics studied during the Organizational Behavior course and how you can use and relate to Organizational Behavior in a magerial situation. You are required to conduct an in-depth analysis of what you consider as your key management skills based on previous professional experiences and the Organizational Behavior theoretical frameworks studied in class. An analysis of how you reacted (or would react) in a given organizational context (culture, structure, power and leadership, formal and informal...) You are required to analyze how you perceive the complexity of the elements (and their interactions) in a given organizational context that (may) have an influence on your behavior.
