Executive Summary

This paper represents the report for the Operations Management- Internship (BAD 429) describing the operations standards at iSTYLE company.

First, this report carries on talking about the Micro and Macro environment details of iSTYLE corporation. It will emphasize on the history, mission, objectives, partnerships, status, operations decisions, and its future growth.

Second, the report, further, will analyze the operations management at iSTYLE by looking at its environment, its culture, strategy, use of information technology, strengths and weaknesses of the operations standards, and other. Then, this part will end up by examining the company status, and its opportunities and threats.

Third, the document will analyze the operations of  iSTYLE  and  then  to  measure  their  performance  in accordance  with  Operations  Management  Strategies  and policies.

The report ends up by making a conclusion about the challenges of this business, suggesting solutions for problems we can see in this company, and by giving our own recommendations regarding the company.

Introduction

The operations standards are the key path defining elements in any business. Without set procedures optimal results cannot be obtained.

So, if you ask some people in the street to define Operations Management, they certainly respond that they do not know. But, without knowing it, they are concerned by this concept.
