INTRODUCTION

M

arketing can be defined as the process by which companies create value for customer and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customer in return. A Recent survey of top marketers showed that they all share common goal which is putting the customer at the heart of marketing. To achieve goal, each company must have their own marketing strategies then they must plan the detail of marketing mix. Marketing mix is set of controllable tactical marketing tools that consist of product, price, place, and promotion that firm blend to produce the response it want in the target market.

First is product which means the goods and services combination of the company offers to the target market. Product can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use or consumption that might satisfy a wants or needs. Second is price that can be defined narrowly as the amount of money charged for a product or services. The pricing challenge is to find the price that will let the company make a fair profit by getting paid for the customer values it creates.
