B&T Performance Soccer Inc. was formed in January 2012 to offer soccer specific training to players around the country. Although based in Stafford Virginia the company will offer various programs around the country to reach a greater amount of client. B&T found a niche in the Stafford area because there was no other company offering soccer training to individuals to help them develop and grow their game. before deciding to open the company the owners spent many years developing a for themselves in the soccer world as respectable coaches. They also spent time networking with other coaches around the country to develop professional relationships and expand the reach of the organization. Through the years the owners were exposed to various styles of training and were able to test these methods on their various players to determine what styles worked best in different situations of training. This educational process has allowed the company to form based on a player centric model where each program is developed to the player individual needs instead of forcing a program upon the player. The company’s mission statement is “Our goal is to offer programs designed around each individual player to promote growth, development, and meet their personal goals” ("Performance Soccer", 2012).

In order to adhere to the mission statement B&T offers various training programs for the individual to choose from. The options include 1 on 1 training, Field Player Academy, and GK Academy. Once a player has decided on the program they want to enter the staff then works out a training program for that player. Within each program players have the option to work with other players to promote a healthy competitive environment to further growth and development.
