For the Documentary that we created we went for a trip in one of the most historical sights here in the Philippines. We went to Fort Santiago, It was the 16th century military defense structure. This is place is one of the witness to the valor and heroism of the Filipino through the centuries that past.This place was also where the imprisonment of the national hero of the Philippines happened. A lot has changed in this placed since my last visit here. This place was where you could actually see the exact materials that Jose Rizal used when he was there. But when our group came there last Sunday, June 10, 2012 . I was a little shock and surprised because of the things that changed. At first I kept thinking that the place looks so familiar. The it struct me that when I was a child I came here with my grandmother. So we roam around the whole place. We where actually shocked because of the sizes of the bombs that were used back then. After that we went to some kind of old house. It was closed actually, more like a restricted place. It was written by the door that the house was actually the placed where Elpidio Quirino was placed. The we went up to some kind of a rooftop, beside the slope was a metal caged door. A groupmate of mine said that the caged place we saw was actually used as prison cells. After that we entered the gate of fort Santiago. The gate was actually rebuilt because of the damage it has taken during the liberation of manila. After that we went inside we saw the “Golden steps of Rizal” it was actually engraved on the ground with golden color plates. This lead to the prison cell where he was placed. So we walked around talking pictures of different sceneries, different places. And then we went up a staircase where It was written that we can find the dungeons, and houses, and other stuff. We actually tried to enter the Dungeon that was to be another placed were prisoners were placed. And that they were drowned there until they die. But it was...
