1. Introduction

In the business process, there needs to be a systematic approach that presets the avenues required to arbitrate improvement in mission sustenance. With the needed strategies, the elevation of performance is achieved to create a required provision to encourage improvement. The business organization faces challenges from competitors who strive to find measures to increase production and performance. A stable system encourages controlled and improved performance of the workers who are required to promote the mission within the company (Harrington, 1991). Organizations require excellent leadership skills that are applied to deliver satisfaction and adequate performance within the market. Managers are required to offer the needed guidelines to complete development as they provide the environment to uphold witnessed rules (Harrington, 1991). Therefore, an improved business organization realizes the completion of the assigned tasks with ease and minimal flaws.

2. Recap of overall approach (From previous report)

The case provided speaks of ineffectiveness within the Talent Seek (TS) Organization and the new manager, Jenny Deakin, fail to acquire needed information for development. She had been presented the opportunity to offer improvement within the organization, and the first step applied in the process involved hiring creative individuals capable of implementing the provision. QUT is used to implement the management process as qualified personnel within the industry. The process involve two stages in which the first accords the position to invite qualified candidates for the prospective hiring position, to be narrowed down to the second stage with estimated 5 candidates. The qualification accorded would strive to offer the best candidate the position under consideration.
