Money Matters foundation report

I am going to sell yo-yo biscuits and ANZAC cookies. These biscuits are something that I like cooking at home and they are easy to make. I am confident that the product that I will be selling will be of a high standard and hopefully get plenty of buyers to sell out my stall and be left with a high profit.

I am going to need to purchase some ingredients from the local supermarket and cook them at home. Most ingredients I already have. The ingredients I need are as follows:

Custard powder: purchased

Flour: purchased

Eggs: purchased (but limited)

Butter: ~ $3.00 x 3

Icing sugar: purchased

Food colouring: purchased

Jam: homemade strawberry- made

Oats: purchased

Honey: purchased

Vanilla: purchased

Coconut: purchased

Brown sugar: purchased (limited)

I want to produce a product for all the students and teachers to purchase. My buyers may be limited as my products both contain nuts & eggs. Hopefully the products I will be producing will be something that everyone likes. My audience will enjoy the product I will be making and hopefully I will receive positive feedback from all my buyers.
