Marketing a product is not just making a commercial and assuming it will sell out, companies have to make sure they are marketing the right products for the right customers in the right place.

Product

Many people thing that product is a tangible offering, but a product is anything that can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use or consumption and that may satisfy a need or want. Fragrance’s core product is Bak kwa but its brand, quality level, packaging and design is the basic product, while its augmented product is social responsibilities, e-shopping and delivery. In planning its market offering, the marketer of Fragrance needs to address these product levels that will add more customer values.

1. Brand

To be branded, products must be differentiated. The Fragrance has claim that our Bak-kwas are differentiated from others because of its time-honored recipe. Both their input and output have the most exclusive quality. The Fragrance has been searching for the best meat from Malaysia, Indonesia and China and only accepting the highest grades of meat.

2. Quality level and quality control

Fragrance is committed in delivering customer satisfaction so that Fragrance’s products are manufactured by using the highest quality ingredients based on original recipes. The products’ quality guarantee assures their customers can enjoy the high quality and freshness of products. In addition, stringent quality control measures have been put in place to ensure that their products maintain their consistency and are manufactured in conditions that conform to high hygiene standards. Overall, the quality of the product is constant throughout and the quality will be a reason that makes the customers come back for more.
