It’s been a month and 26 days since I became part of iComm. And just to share, the night before my first reporting day in this company was terrible. I could hardly sleep well because I kept on pondering possible undesirable things to happen the next day. “What if the job is too difficult for me? Can I really make it?” “What if I’ll be working with not so good and hard to please employees? Can I endure it?” “What if I can’t do this…and that…?” What if…..what if….what if” Sigh! There were so many what-ifs that it made me feel like I’m going to defend my thesis again. Eeeiii…

But all these pessimistic predictions have vanished and fortunately I am now experiencing the positive counterparts. The first few weeks were spent in accomplishing requirements needed in Japan audit. Well, that was “frustrating” and “tiresome” (based on my observations). But despite this, everyone was able to give their best shot and managed to do a great teamwork. But what frustrates me now? Sigh! It’s the PERFECT ATTENDANCE!!! Hopefully I can have it next month. Fighting! Anyway, now I could really say that I’ve learned to love my job that I thought to be really difficult at first. This is of course with the aid of my dependable, well-disciplined and friendly workmates especially to Ms. J, Ms. G, and Ms. D who never treated me indifferently making my heart to burst in gladness. Also, being able to work with a very considerate boss is indeed an answered prayer.

Other things that I loved the most here in iComm are the activities and events being organized. Though I wasn’t able to participate in Summer Outing, I still found it to be really amusing. Just by looking at the photos, those smiles in their faces already proved how enjoyable it was, not to include their sincere laughter as they share the unforgettable happenings during the activity.

Hence, I am looking forward to experience the same or better in the future. Hopefully, I could build a harmonious relationship with...
