I strongly recommend that each one of our colleagues should keep innovated and further improve ourselves by means of the following ways: develop self-awareness, compare differences and keep communication.

Develop self-awareness. It is not easy for people to figure out their own mistakes because of both the error blindness and people’s natural attitudes towards the wrong things. However, those problems they don’t realize may exert a negative effect on them. For instance, manager may make a wrong business decision that will harm the company’s profits and further inhibit his promotion. Therefore, it is significant for us to learn to examine ourselves. Always remember that question ourselves carefully before, during and after we do everything in order to lower the possibility of getting stuck in feeling of being right even we are doing the wrong things. Asking yourself questions doesn’t mean that you should always be skeptical of yourself but to remind you that you can make your work more satisfying.

Compare differences. Why company needs so many talented people to work on the same project as a team rather than just hire fewer people? I believe it is because the company hopes that more excellent people can contribute to innovations by providing different opinions that will maximize the benefits of the projects rather than the reason that the task can’t be accomplished by fewer ones. Distinguish the differences between your ideas and others and then figure out what may lead to the results. Objective elements or subjective ones? It can help you to review your thoughts again. Frequently, one may easily feel that he has put forward perfect ideas when his plans are supported by majority of the team members. But is it bound to be right?
