Article III – Powers and Duties of the Editorial Staff

Section III – The powers and duties assigned to each respective position are as follows:

A. Functions of the Trainees

a) Under probation for one whole school year.

b) Perform the duties stated in Section IV of Article III

Section IV – General Duties and Responsibilities of Each Staffer

Each staff member of the Commerce Journal, regardless of position is obliged to:

a) Attend the weekly meetings

b) Attend the emergency meetings called for by the Editor-in-Chief or the adviser.

c) Inform the rest of the staff on activities and events which will affect the Commerce Journal.

d) In case of resignation, it should be put to writing.

Article V – Code of Ethics

Section I – Every staffer shall commit to their duties with honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect for the rights of others. He shall do his part in upholding the credibility of the Commerce Journal among the Commerce populace and to others.

Section II – Every staffer shall be comport himself in public or while in duty with dignity and integrity. He shall remember that he is a representative of the Commerce Journal.

Section V – Every staffer is duty-bound to voluntary disclose, without the need of demand, any information affecting the Commerce Journal or any of its staffers.

The information to be rendered may include:

a) Activities of the Commerce Journal

b) Dates when such activities will be held
