Introduction

Juron Ltd is an organisation which provides saleable products to the sports sector. These products include: training shoes, t-shirts, tennis racquets, and soccer balls. In the report below, there is a list of activities that need to be addressed to source a new range of soccer boots for supply to the sector. Various techniques and tools will be applied in this list in order to draw a network diagram. The limitation of network diagram will also include in this report.

Network Diagram

Based on list of activities in table from the scenario used analogous estimated method to set duration for each activity, we can draw a Network Diagram with Activity on Node techniques (appendix 1).

Timings

We have the early start of an activity is equal to the early finish of its preceding activity. In case it is the beginning activity, we have the early start is zero. If there are many preceding activities, then, we choose the largest figure. The early finish of an activity is equal to its early star plus the duration. Following this, we can calculate the early start and early finish of each activity and the whole project.

Then, we calculate the late start and late finish of each activity beginning at the final activity and calculate backward. The late finish of an activity is equal to its succeeding activity late start. If there are many succeeding activities, we choose the smallest figure.
