Sir,

We understand that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 58000/- (Rupees Fifty Nine Thousand only) from M/s Logicsparks InfoTech.

You may also know due to certain internal conflicts the said company has ceased all operations and does not wish to continue until all issues are amicably settled.

However, to service the existing clients, Mr. Kurian George who is one of the three directors of the above company has floated a new company on his own in the name of “Logicsparks Infosystems”. Being a responsible businessman, he is willing to come forward to settle the entire amount though technically he owes only 1/3rd of the total amount due.

He is willing to settle the same on two conditions –

a. The entity “Logicsparks Infosystems” is registered as a new vendor with your company and all billing channels be opened for transaction.

b. The earlier company “Logicsparks Info Tech” may continued to be placed under the present status and no transaction channel be opened on account of the outstanding being cleared.

Please revert to us at the earliest on this case and help us resolve the issues.
