In the self assessments I was always very close to the line of in between. I was never really one or the other. In task orientated I received a 9 which is low for task orientation. However it is at the cut off as 10 is the cut off. So I think that I am perfectly proportionate on task orientation. On people orientation I rated a 6. Which 7 is the cut off for to much one way or too much the other way.

On charismatic I got a little bit of a lower score than what the assessment would like to see. All together I received a 82 but the authors believe a 85 IS best. In many of the management areas I scored in the mid teens.

On the assessment of how power-orientated I am I received a score of 28. Which is saying I am more likely to manipulate more. I may be more willing to cause an unethical thing to happen if it gets me my bottom line. This surprised me. I am not sure this is me.

On the assessment of what my preferred type of power I came out as preferring to use referent and my least preferred type of power was coercive. I agree with this assessment. I believe I would rather have the power by my collages likening or identifying with me instead of coerce sing them.

On the assessment...
