In 1992 main products of Cisco were Gateway Servers i.e.
AGS – Advanced Gateway Server
MGS – Mid-Range Gateway Server
IGS – Integrated Gateway Server
CGS – Compact Gateway Server
AGS+ - Advanced Gateway Server Plus
Routers are of two types, Modular and Non-Modular
1.Modular
Routers will not have fix interfaces, can be added or removed whenever required.
2.Non-Modular
Routers will have fix interfaces, cannot be added or removed, they are fixed.
