Current Situation (The Problem- Causes and Effects)

The problem

Imo’s is a thriving business that is known for serving the public with Saint Louis style pizza. However only local residents or people within the community of an Imo’s have the delicacy to visit imo’s restraints any time they feel the need. Plus travel time is not a hassle. Now, what about people who are new to Saint Louis rather visiting relatives or relocating? What about tourist and foreigners? It would be in Imo’s best interest to target the “outsides” those who are new to the city and would like to enjoy some good pizza. Imo’s is letting their competitors dominate the pizza business; it is a dire need for Imo’s to expand. What better place to start than the airport?

The Cause

Imo’s is a private owned company and doesn’t often franchise outside of the Midwest. Imo’s has current locations in Saint Louis, Kansas City, and Saint Charles county .Though the franchisees are not the cause of our problem the founders and co-owners polices on franchising is. By limiting the ability to franchise outside of the Midwestern region we are preventing advancement and growth.

The Effect

Imo’s presents to the public to have, “The Square beyond compare” but is continuing to allow its competitors to succeed them in expanding and drawing new revenue. Not enough people have Imo’s as there first choice on their pizza list. If a person constantly sees Pizza Hut and Dominos or Papa Johns, how of will they prefer Imo’s?

Feasibility

This proposal if excepted will began the start of a new era for Imo’s. It will open the eyes of those at the top to better serve the public in a wide range scale. Not only will Saint Louis love its own home style pizza but so will other people in different cities and different states. If we as a team can come together and decide what is good for Imo’s and how we can reach more customers then proposal is a step to ensure Imo’s will have a prosperous and exciting...
