Jack Donally is a very effective leader because of his visionary and entrepreneurial spirit. He is in the category of innovators like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg that can take an idea concept and be able to drive to produce the final product that are very successfull in the market place. His ability to listen to the customer recommendation and take the idea back to the researcher and drive to produce the final product that satisfy the customer requirement that make him a very successfull business man.

As far as jack management style that need some improvement. Since he is really one man show so he does not work with other department very effectively. He basically do the whole process without much involvement with other department head at all. He need to utilize other department resources effectively and also get them involve more in the whole process. The ability to listen and work with coworkers ideas and will greatly enhance the cohensive working environment. Manager are suppose to utilize company resources efficiency to produce great results.

Stephanie has a very impressive academic resume but as far as working with the changes that was recommended from the cosultant group that she need to take a more slow step by step approach. This company has been running with jack;s way for so long and if she is going to make such huge changes that will definitely get a lot of people upset and even more resistant. As a new person that just come in and take over as CEO;She will be preceive as a big threat to the old way of doing business. She need to start to build a strong relationship with the different department head and get them to slowly buy in to her management style and also work out the difference with the person that jack suppose want to take over his job.
