Call for articles-Finalyst
“The FINALYST” is a major research initiative by the Finance Club at SCMHRD. It is a bimonthly publication covering articles on current finance topics across all major industries
contributed by students, alumni and corporate executives.
Finalyst covers the most significant happenings of the year and also some topics which have
consistently impacted our economy. This acts as a platform to express your views and
awareness on these issues shall be helpful to you all keeping in mind the corporate
interaction you shall have in future.
Finalyst was acknowledged with a lot of appreciation from the corporate and alumni. Thus,
Finance Club invites students of MBA to contribute articles for The Finalyst, July 2012
edition. The theme for the coming edition being: “ Currency”
Is Rupee getting undervalued? Where is this leading to?
Please go through the following guidelines for the articles:
1. Articles must be original and should not be taken from any other source.
2. The word limit for each article is 1200-1500 words.
3. Specify the name, designation and organization of the corporate contact in case you get
an article/ interview from a corporate.
4. The article must be related to finance, preferably pertaining to a current issue.
5. This is not restricted to students who are interested in taking up Finance as their
specialization.
6. The article (s) must be mailed to financeclub@scmhrd.edu by 28th June,2012 23.59hrs.
7. Contact us in case of queries regarding article selection by replying to this mail. Try to
take a contemporary topic.
This is a wonderful opportunity for all since the magazine is targeted to the corporate with a
circulation of about 2500-3000 copies....
