To improve the management of human resources at Atomic Bodies needs to review the pay and benefits programs. He or she would need to look into an incentive program such as a merit programs that would be suggested in the discussion question that will give him or her employees a reason to work harder to improve the quality and increase the production of work. Adding bonuses or even stock options would make the entire employee perform to the best of his or her ability because they will have an investment in Atomic Bodies. Each employee will know how well Atomic Bodies is doing financially and how good of an investment they get depends on how well he or she performs their job.

The second improvement discussed that needs improving is the labor relations. During the discussion, we realized that employees feel unappreciated from higher management. He or she also feels as though his or her ideas are not begin taken seriously to make his or her job more efficient. Once he or she improves the relationships between the management and employees, by having weekly management meetings to take time to really sit down to talk to the employees of Atomic Bodies by visiting the work site to ask questions about his or her job and get feedback on what is working and what is not working for the employee, and the staff of Atomic he or she will feel as through management really cares about everyone needs.
