Unforgettable Lessons

As the start of this school year

Who knew we’d go back to our past years.

Where math fills our brains with numbers and problems.

Yeah I know how you feel.

Math Elective is the subject

BUT who knew it could bring fun and laughter to us all?

Well, as what I’ve learned in these past gradings.

The most easiest and simplest of them all was the Place values!

You just need to count on the ones, tens, hundreds and thousands!

It could even reach to millions! Or billions! Or better yet, Zillions!

To determine the places, you need to count the numbers up until the place where the given is underlined. It really is the easiest lesson for me so far.

Did you know that Fractions can be turned into ratio?

And while ratios can be turned into percents?

The teacher even said that their very useful in life.

And whoa! What she said was true.

You can actually calculate the percents and turn it to decimals

So that you wont be cheated by the price.

People say that scientific notations are hard to do.

But it was as easy as pie not like what I thought in the past.

You just move the decimal point to the right… or to the left.

And remember that going to the right is positive while going to the left is negative.

As simple as that.

Polygons are shapes that can be measured by each of their sides,

While the circumference can be measured by using the radius or the diameter.

In getting both the radius and diameter, you need to multiply it with the pie.

And by getting the answer of the perimeter of the polygons,

It’s as easy as counting the cows in your farm.

All you need to do is just add all measurements in the sides.

Measuring the perimeter of a rectangle was easy,

But measuring the perimeter of an equilateral triangle, well… that was a challenging one.

But after all the discussions in this lesson, I could finally measure my whole closet!

All you need is just to measuring the length and width and multiplying it, and viola!

You...
