Team Ground Rules and Guidelines

What are the general expectations for all members of the team?

The members of the team should always have equal say in team assignment matters and each member should be contributing fair and efficient feedback as well as ideas, goals, and even concerns. Each member of the team may have a different time schedule than the rest, so please let everyone on the team know when you can be reached and/or when you will not be available.

All team members should contribute to all assignments and communicate with the team. All concerns should be addressed and if a teammate is having trouble with the assignment, they should communicate with the other team members to develop a new strategy.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement

Scheduled submission time/dates should be adhered to no matter what and if there is someone who cannot adhere to the set schedule then they should notify not only the team leader but also the other members of the team, this way everyone can be on the same track and...
