Executive summary
Stitch is a way for travellers to capture their experiences across different kinds of media, in a way that keeps them backed up and structured for easy access at any time. More importantly, it is a way for them to pick and choose from these memories and present full accounts of their journey in rich and interactive narratives that can then be shared to fellow travellers, friends and family, or your whole online network. These narratives are presented in what we call a ‘stitch’, a sort of canvas where any kinds of media can be dragged and dropped from your bank of memories, and organized and themed in the way that suits the user best. In this sense we take a step back from the currently omnipresent mode of continuous, constant sharing, and instead offer a more temperate, judicious environment for putting together the complex reflections that a journey usually consist of.
Extended Value Proposition
Stitch offers a way to capture all the different memories you usually collect when travelling and present them in a unified and attractive format. Whether it is photos, text, video, routes on a map or addresses of places you have visited, they can all be collected in the service, and made into rich and interactive narratives that can be shared with friends and family when you get home.
