Executive Summary

We operate a small coffee shop in Chicago for 9 years. We have known with our fresh and fancy coffee and pastries not only for morning times but for mid-day and evening as well. Our customers enjoy spending between $3-$6 for their cappuccino, mocha latte, vanilla ice blended drink, or other flavored drink that may be coffee based. Leading companies, such as Starbucks, McDonald and Dunkin Donuts are located in every major city in the US. Our small unique coffee shop Sun-Up is able to compete with these larger chains with unique services. Therefore, we want to expand our chain and open another unique coffee shop in the north-suburbs.

Our goal is to provide unique coffee and serve the best quality and provide most interesting varieties of coffees, teas, espresso drinks and accompaniments to everyone. To accomplish our goals, we are requesting $100,000 from your company, as an initial investment to set up operations. We plan to invest an additional 20% from our own capital, up front, for the start up operational costs. Second chain Sun-Up shop is scheduled to open for business as of March 5, 2013.
