Project Name: Modell Charter School ERP Implementation

Project Manager: Lamont Fletcher

Objectives:

Modell Charter School has initiated a project to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to bring the current processes up to date and in line with current goals and objectives of the school. The current business procedures and practices have created a bad standing with the community the school serves, students are under achieving and causes stress between the Management and Staff of the school. Implementing the ERP will achieve improved business processes, school relationship with the community, relax the tension between the staff and management, and improve student achievement.
