ISSUE IDENTIFY THE ISSUE RAISED BY THE FACTS OF THE CASE

I our client Justin King was driving his motorcycle down I15 headed south from Chicago, Illinois. An AB truck passed him spilling some of its load causing Justin to swerve then wipe out. Now Justin’s case is just about to go to trial, first the complaint was filed along with a summons then the defendant answered it with affirmative defenses, then we sent inntogotories and motion to produce discovery and then a motion to compel.
