Background of Company

AFY Haniff Bena & Bekal is one of the Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) that manufacturer a healthcare product likes Red Goat Milks, Natural Lemongrass Concentrate, and Mutiara Rustle. It established on October 2004 and starts it operation on December 2004. The company startup capital is RM 20,000.00 at the beginning of it business and on that time the profit is RM 10,000.00 and it increasing from year to year. The company last year profit is RM 300,000.00 and this show that the company gives a full commitment in the sales targets. The company product basically placing and distribute to a big shop likes in hypermarket or supermarket. The major customer is Tesco, Mydin, Carrefour, Giant, Jusco and Cold Storage. The company was lead by it general manager, Mr. Hj. Yunus Haniff and helped by Operation manager, Mr. Amirul Firdaus Yunus and marketing manager, Mr. Amirul Ariff Yunus.

Current Company Performance

The company show a positive performances when it sales was increased every years and this make the company one of the best SME in Malacca beside Orang Kampung Holding. The marketing group doing their job well and give a full commitment to achieve the sales target. So, the marketing person in the company plays an important role to make sure that the business operations go on more effective and efficiently. It more focus on the marketing sides and more of the staff was worked under the Marketing Department. Currently there is a new practical student was been posted in AFY Haniff Company. The leader straight posted him in the Marketing Department although he is taking Bachelor of Accountancy. Therefore, the company will focus more on the training development to its marketing staff include the new employees.
