Abstract
The overall concept of this type of job stress deals with a study of the management role, relationship with others, the workload pressure, and overall performance pressure. This case review will take you over a major car industry that was faced with and up and down turmoil for a two-year period.

Introduction
My paper will consist of both Part 1 and Part 2 of the assignment to show the theoretical framework as describe in Step 4 of the Sekaran process. In utilizing Step 6 of the Sekaran process, I will give my hypothesis from the Individual Project 1 and the theoretical framework to write a Scientific Research Design. Finally, I will offer an assessment on the extent of research interference and ethical thoughts that I feel and view as helpful.
Theoretical Framework
The many variables will show the affect stress on performance at every business level. The three independent management roles of lower, middle, and upper management will show how factors make the stress levels different and why stress affects their performance in the work place.
In lower management, we are put under stress at levels that affects their job performance in different ways. Lower management has to deal with meeting production and adjust to all policy changes. Lately, there is always the unknown if their job is going to cut due to cut backs or low production or just dealing with the overall working production as a whole.
In middle management, we are put under stress at levels that affects their job performance in different way. Middle management has to bridge the gaps between lower and upper management by helping implement policies and monitor their success.
