Abstract:

This paper mainly deals with in and out of the effective leadership. The paper basically walks us through various kinds of leadership but not pretty sure which type of leadership makes the organization hit its right goals without deviating from its main principle or purpose. The paper also deals with the qualities to become an effective leader and what are the skills required to become an effective leader. This paper also deals with the traits of effective leaders and different styles of effective leadership for different situations..

Leadership is a process of social influence in which one person is able to enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. (S. E. Murphy, 2002)

Leadership is an intricate activity concerning process of influence, leaders and followers, and the consequences. Leaders do make choices of style. The many style paradigms have included servant leadership, transforming leadership, and leadership as an art form. Yet the ideal leader one who endures to satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders is a mythical invention promoted by many leadership books. The reality is that our standards for identifying effective leaders change as business history is written in newspaper headlines and our perspective alters.
