Kudler Fine Foods is a retailer of specialty foods that are not generally available from the “big box” or other retail channels. Kudler Fine Foods is continuing to grow and is now aiming to expand their services and to improve the efficiency of its operations.

Kudler Fine Foods’ objective is to increase loyalty and profitability of consumers; promoting the health of consumers by expanding service in the area of healthy food preparation. Utilizing a platform built around the concept of sponsoring “in store parties” and premium at home parties, as well as other exclusive events. Kudler will provide a fun and educational experience for consumers in the area of food preparation while positively impacting the bottom line. The inducement for consumers is to be trained by world-renowned chefs and other food experts, local celebrities, and Kathy herself. While the program creates “consumer buzz” around the prospects about getting invited to exclusive events, the main goal is to increase customer purchase rates of high margin food and beverages. This will be accomplished by making an evening at Kudler Fine Foods “chic”, a social networking while increasing the revenue per customer visit and increase visits frequently.

Kudler’s new initiative tracking system will allow the company to track consumer purchase activity at the individual level and provide high value incentive rewards to consumers for purchase volumes. As price is not a primary motivating factor for Kudler’s customers, the Frequent Shopping Program does not focus on discounts as a draw, instead on the opportunity to redeem points earned for their spending for high-end gift items and other specialty foods.

Kudler’s final focus will be on increased overall efficiency.
