Question 5: Atlanta Park Medical Center v. Hamlin Asset Management

Take the role of an advisor to the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Park Medical Center. Recommend to the Board whether or not the board should accept settlement of $1,059,636.63 being 40% of $2,649,091.57 (the amount losses on the HDSG fund from January to October 1994 net of withdrawals and fees) conditional on not pursuing any further action against Hamlin Asset Management concerning the HDSG fund losses. Your answer should quantify the qualitative factors in the analysis.

Hamlin 应该为 Atlanta Park Medical Center 的损失承担主要责任，因为：
