International Marketing and Branding Strategy Proposal
The research have been done thoroughly in regards to expanding Old Chunky beyond local shares and capitalizing into foreign markets.The report includes environmental analysis, potential marketing issues and proposed international marketing and branding strategy. However, expanding into foreign markets can help spread business risk. The report shows the advantages and disadvantages of expanding into foreign markets.

Based on the SWOT analysis done above, it clearly stated a fair share of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. As there is a balance of each factors, Old Chunky would definitely have to take risk to penetrate and expand businesses in India. With talented and skillful employees in the local market expanding Old Chunky to India would offer employees opportunities to work in a different environment as well as guiding the future workers of Old Chunky in India. Old Chunky has invested a lot on research and development.
