Should men and women be treated equally?

Equality Meaning and Definition:

1. (n.) Evenness; uniformity; as, an equality of surface.

2. (n.) Exact agreement between two expressions or magnitudes with respect to quantity; -- denoted by the symbol =; thus, a = x signifies that a contains the same number and kind of units of measure that x does.

3. (n.) Sameness in state or continued course; evenness; uniformity; as, an equality of temper or constitution.

4. (n.) The condition or quality of being equal; agreement in quantity or degree as compared; likeness in bulk, value, rank, properties, etc.; as, the equality of two bodies in length or thickness; an equality of rights.

We believe that: men and women should be treated equally

Reaons:

* We are all born equally, with equal genetic coding.(99%). Prejudice against women violates the fundamental principle that all people are created equal.

* We should all have same equal opportunities in life. It is a shame in the modern world to confine women to the home and block their way to the full exploitation of their capacity and potential.

* Women shouldn’t be succumb to gender roles

* According to statistics, there is no difference between the standards and quality of work done by men and women who do the same work.

* Discrimination against women violates the law.

* It’s more than obvious that by nature’s default, women and men were given different features. i makes the individual unique. these natural differences can’t be allowed to be the reason of social discrimination  For example, it’s normal for a woman not to be wanted as a carpenter, as women have less physical strength.

However there are still some differences regarding men and women that affects how they handle situations.

* differences in the way men and women think, speak, and behave.
