This project is capital forming to acquisition and installation of Fujiyama Rubber Roll Type Compact Rice Mill for sustainable agri-business.

II. PROJECT STATUS:

Project Background:

Rice is the staple food for 99.9% of the population in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte. It is the largest consumed calorie source among the food grains. This provides us with ample opportunity for development of rice based value-added products for earning.

In Buenavista, some of the rice milling units are of the traditional huller type and are inefficient. Modern rice mills are having high capacity and are capital intensive and seldom to be found, although inefficient because it will not cat carter small farmers.

III. Project Objectives:

The awful project that will cater all the small famers in Rizal and entirely of the nearby barangays of Guinabsan, Kabalalahan, Sangay, Molave and Simbalan is by installing a new Fujiyama Rubber Roll Type Compact Rice Mill.

IV. Project Machinery:

Fujiyama (Sataki Type) 6” x 8” Rubber Roll Type Compact Rice Mill. Required HP 30-40 HP, 1,200 kilos/hour as 65% recovery with elevator and shifter.

Rice sifter is a processing machine that separates milled rice from various impurities. Even after milling, rice contains many impurities like head rice, mixture, smaller to large broken tips, bran, etc. these impurities are separated by s\using rice sifter.

Bucket elevators for bulk transport and conveyances of raw paddy, milled rice from l unit operation to another in a rice milling unit.
