Technology today is used in business everywhere and they easily bring the world and all of its knowledge to seekers as fast as the click of a mouse. Information can be simply acquired virtually with ease through the use of computers, televisions, mobile phones, fax machines, printers, digital cameras and other accessible devices. Over the years technology has become very user friendly and simple individuals can quickly learn how to manipulate modernized technology. The use of computers and technology can also eliminate a large paper load and its function and database keeps track of every statement, receipts, bills, and many other things. The roles of technology have grown from search or research to meetings and scheduling, financing, banking, shopping, advertising, social networking, inventory, and there’s so much more to mention.

Business plays a major role within our society. It is a creative and competitive activity that continuously contributes to the shaping of our society. By satisfying the needs and wants people cannot satisfy themselves, businesses improve the quality of life for people and create a higher standard of living. It is a way for individuals to provide goods and services to consumers, and at the same time, produce a profit for themselves. Businesses are not only important because they provide goods and services for consumers, but they also improve the economy and increase jobs for people within society which is an additional fact producing a higher standard of living. Inflation occurs when the goods become too high within society and spending decreases.
